Chocolate fountain requires it's own 115 volt outlet. The fountain is heavy and requires a sturdy, and LEVEL surface for chocolate to flow evenly over the tiers. If extension cord is used, it should be 12 gauge or heavier. We have high quality chocolate for sale in 2lb bags. 15 lbs of chocolate is needed to start the fountain. Chocolate should be a minumum of 32% cocoa butter. Complete instructions are given with rental of the machine.
